Shuttle service
You can add the round-trip shuttle service during booking. Pick-up and drop-off are available at hotels and Airbnbs in Recoleta, San Telmo, Retiro, Montserrat, Puerto Madero, San Nicolás, Palermo and the International Cruise Terminal. (Click here to view the shuttle service map)

Cancelation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- For shows on Dec 24 & Dec 31, no refunds are possible for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
