Our driver was waiting with the sign exactly as and where identified. I must add that he was the most professional and best driver there. Though his English was very limited he was very polite snd verified with us that we were at the correct destination point.

Used service twice. Once from EZE to downtown Buenos Aires and once from AEP to EZE. On both occasions driver was waiting for us in the designated area. Got us to our destination in comfortable cars with professional drivers. Highly recommend.

Our flight was late but I was sending updates to Nadia via Whatsapp regarding flight # & time. When we finally landed there was no one there to meet us. I contacted Nadia and she said the driver was following a different flight and they had to find another driver. By the time the new driver arrived at the airport and got us to the hotel we had missed our booked tour of a Gaucho Ranch and BBQ. The extra time it took your service cost us an all day tour which wasn’t cheap and I couldn’t get a refund. We would have made it if the driver was there when we landed. On top of that, he didn’t speak any English.

Hi Elaine, I am truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration, especially since it affected your plans for the day. While flight delays are out of everyone’s control, I recognize that you expected the driver to be there upon arrival. Unfortunately, he was following another flight, and I sincerely apologize for that.

As soon as we were informed, we acted quickly to arrange another driver who was nearby. Within 15 minutes, he was there with you to take you to your hotel. While he did not speak English, my priority was to ensure you had transportation as soon as possible.

The car left Ezeiza at 08:00 AM, but due to the morning traffic rush—something unfortunately out of our control—the journey took longer than usual. Under normal conditions, the ride takes about 40 minutes, but traffic can be unpredictable.

If I had known you missed the tour, I would have happily reached out to the BBQ experience organizers to help find a solution. It’s unfortunate they didn’t offer any flexibility for rescheduling.

I always do my best to resolve issues as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving my service.
